Dr. Desirée Cox
Background/Inspiration: Dr. Cox's inspiration for her newest painting, "Alchemy," was born from beginnings. As a scientific artist, much of work is intertwined with technology, stem cells, and the process of morphing into different forms and realities. "Alchemy" represents that special moment of reaching a crossroads - when you can see all the different possibilities, futures and realities around you, and you can't seem to decide which one to take.
